Gluten-Fee Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpea flour (besan)
- 1/2 cup water (add more as needed to get pancake batter consistency)
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- One (1) egg
- 1/4 cup grated zucchini
- 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt, or to taste
- Green chilies *optional
- 1/4 teaspoon or less red chili powder *optional
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix chickpea flour with water and egg
- Add the rest of the ingredients
- Cook pancakes on an iron skillet until light brown
- Serve with chutney or eat plain
